Strand Preservations Ltd. is a privately owned company formed in 1989.
Our client base has been built on reccommendation and word of mouth rather than mass advertising, and we take pride in the fact we are seen as an approachable company trading on traditional values of customer service, reliability and quality of work.
Our contracts are properly supervised and as much care is taken in the initial protection of the working areas as in the completed works. Our survey reports are clear and detailed as are our superior plans used to indicate areas of work, and the type of works proposed.
Strand's reputation is built not only on the quality of our surveys and works but also on the honesty of our reports. We always give truthful and well-informed advice, which helps our many and varied clients to make informed choices. It also means we are more than happy to let clients know if no remedial works are required (hopefully not too often!).
The result is a company that takes pride in its work and a company that treats your property with due respect.
We are members of all the relevant trade associations. The nature of the works we do are extremely disruptive, noisy, and messy. We recognise this from the outset along with the stress and upheaval caused to our clients. By scheduling and supervising the works properly, we endeavour to keep the disruption to a minumum.
