Pictures One, Two, and Three: Forming of external steps leading from newly converted/waterproofed basement area. Works included excavating the garden area, underpinning of the rear addition forming the steps and finishing with York stone.
Pictures Four, Five and Six: Part of the process for reducing high external ground levels. The gulley once formed would be levelled with shingle or covered with a metal grate.
Picture Seven: Roof ventilation effected by Marley standard roof ventilators.
