Guarantees for works carried out by ourselves are as follows:

In addition to the above guarantees we are able to offer ‘back up’ cover with the GPIC (Guarantee Protection Insurance Co., Ltd.).
Our surveyors have passed all the relevant examinations/courses related to our industry. CSRT, CRDS, CTIS, A.Inst.RTS, BSWA & School of Waterproofing.
We are registered with the Environment Agency for transporting waste; our registration number is: TSE 385 317.
Services Offered
The following services can also be provided by our fully trained and qualified personnel:
- Damp proof courses: Injected DPC using water based chemicals; Dryzone cream; Mortar Injection (Vandex or similar); Physical DPC (Hi Load, Ledcore etc.).
- Timber treatment for Wood Boring Insects (inc. common furniture beetle): 8-hour clearance water based Micro emulsions and spray treatments; Dual purpose Fungicide and Insecticides; Defrassing.
- Wet Rot: Use of Boron based Rods, Pastes and Gels; Associated replacement works.
- Dry Rot: Masonry Sterilisation; Over site/Hardcore sprays; Associated replacement works; Supply or use of Joinery Liners, Pastes and Gels (Fungicidal).
- Cavity Drain: Newton, Platon, & CDM systems.
- Sika Tanking: Sika 1 Tanking system (4-coat render); including mechanical bushing/surface preparation; Application of the full range of Sika products/systems.
- Specialist Plastering: Hacking off and carting away of existing wall plasters; Preparation of hacked surface prior to plastering; 2-coat sand cement Render using Salt Inhibitor (RenderGuard Gold) additive and Multi finish skim coat.
- RIW: Approved applicator of the full range of RIW sheet and liquid; waterproof membrane systems including Toughseal, Sheetseal, Flexiseal and LAC.
- All associated Building Works: in connection with the above including plastering, timber replacements, plumbing and electrics.
