As part of the project management of the works, Strand had to liaise with the local authorities and with the utility services to get the gas and water mains re-positioned
As part of the works we formed a new opening between the front vaults and the Newton membranes can be seen dressed around the new opening. The Gyproc independent frame can be seen going up in preparation for the dry lining.
Dry lining started, pipework and fixings have been put in place ready for the bathroom fit out

Strand built a new two story extension at the rear of the property and converted the two front barrel vaults into a bathroom and spare bedroom.
